Background and Career

Bruce Berg has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President of Cappelli Enterprises, a leading development company in the New York region and a prominent developer in Westchester County.

Berg brings extensive experience to his new role, having started his career in 1983 as a Project Manager for Xerox Realty Corporation. He subsequently held positions as Director of Market Development for AMF Bowling and, in 1999, as Director of Development for Disney Development Company.

Responsibilities at Cappelli Enterprises

At Cappelli Enterprises, Berg will oversee a variety of major projects, including approvals, licensing, design, and leasing. His responsibilities will encompass notable developments such as the Westchester resort, City Center, and The Ritz-Carlton. Additionally, he will handle design approvals and the development of the Concord Resort Masterplan.
